Document Requirements
Please read the document photo requirements carefully. This information will help save time and pass verification on the first attempt.
Only color photographs or scans in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats are accepted. The file size must be at least 100 kilobytes or 300 DPI. The system cannot accept and verify screenshots or photos uploaded from social media.
All data on the document photo must be legible and not blurred.
All details on the document copy or photo must be visible, including the corners.
The passport must be valid and not expired.
Only complete and undamaged documents are accepted.
You must upload a full spread of the passport.
Any corrections or editing marks on the document photos are prohibited. Photos converted from one format to another are also not allowed.
Duplicates are not allowed: you cannot use the same documents for multiple verifications.
Accepted Languages for Documents
The verification system can process identity documents in over 40 languages from more than 220 countries and territories.
For Amharic, Bengali, Burmese, Dari, Divehi, Hindi, Khmer (Cambodian), Kinyarwanda, Lao, Mongolian, Nepali, and Sinhalese, documents are only accepted with Latin characters.
If the document is in a country-specific script, a notarized translation must be provided.
The verification is conducted automatically by our technical partner, so Bitbanker support cannot influence the process.
