Frequently Asked Questions
A memo or destination tag is an additional comment consisting of numbers or a combination of letters and numbers, used to identify the recipient of a transfer in networks like TON, Cosmos, and some others.
To ensure successful deposits, withdrawals, and transfers of TON and USDT coins via the TON network, you must specify the destination tag (memo) in the appropriate field.
After selecting TON or USDT in the TON network in the "Deposit and Withdrawal" section, the system will display a warning: "For successful TON deposits via the TON network, you need to provide both the address and the Memo tag." Click "Confirm" button to proceed.
When topping up your balance, the next page will show the wallet address for the transfer and the memo. Be sure to copy the memo when transferring to the specified address.
If you are withdrawing coins from your account, copy the wallet address and memo into the respective fields for the destination wallet. Memo or destination tag information is available in your exchange account or wallet where you store your assets.
If you do not have a memo, check the box "I don’t have a MEMO tag."
