Depositing Funds via QR Code
To deposit funds to your Bitbanker balance using a QR code:
Click ”Deposit” or “Cashless top-up”.
Select RUBR as the deposit currency.
Choose Non-cash transfer as the payment method.
In the payment details, select the QR Code option.
Scan the QR code using your banking app.
We recommend using the mobile apps of Sberbank, T-Bank, Gazprombank or Yandex Bank. Please note that your bank may charge additional fees.
Review the payment details and enter the following as the payment reference:
VO99082 Пополнение лицевого счета id [bb*******]
Your full name and other personal information in your Bitbanker account must match the information on your bank account. In the “Payment purpose” field of your banking app, make sure to include your Bitbanker ID number. Otherwise, the payment will not be credited.
Enter the deposit amount.
- The minimum deposit amount is 151 ₽.
- If the amount exceeds 900,000 ₽, the bank may request documents confirming the source of funds.
- If the amount exceeds 2,999,000 ₽, the bank may, at its discretion, request additional documents for currency control (foreign economic activity compliance).
The deposit fee is 1.5%, but not less than 150 RUB. The payment is processed within one banking day and only on business days.
Complete the payment.
That’s it — your funds will be credited within one business day.

If you forgot to include your account ID when making a deposit through your banking app, please contact our support team via the chat on our website or on Telegram (https://t.me/bitbanker\\_help\\_bot) to provide your ID and submit the payment confirmation.
What to do if the payment is not credited within 24 hours:
Write to the support chat on the website or in Telegram (t.me/bitbanker_help_bot) and mention that the payment was made. Then attach a screenshot from your banking app confirming the transaction.
Wait for a response from the operator and follow their instructions.
How to find your Bitbanker ID
Click the profile icon.
Select Profile.
Your ID will be displayed on the profile page.
