Creating an OTC Transaction
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required to create and confirm OTC transactions.

Log in to the "OTC Transactions" service in the Bitbanker app.

If the service is not active, please contact the support team.

Fill in the following fields:

Debit Currency

The currency that will be deducted from your balance.

Debit Amount

The transaction amount.

The current balance of the selected currency is displayed in the field.

Receiving Currency

Choose the currency you wish to receive. The debit and receiving currencies must differ.

Rate

Specify the exchange rate to calculate the amount you will receive.

Amount to Receive

This amount is calculated automatically based on the specified exchange rate and debit amount.

Counterparty’s Email

Enter the email address of the user with whom you are conducting the transaction. You can select from a dropdown list of addresses that have previously accepted your transactions.

Comment

Add any additional information about the transaction, if necessary.

Once the transaction is created, the debit amount will be blocked on your account until the transaction is completed. Transactions can be canceled without penalties or blocking of funds.
