Top Up Your Balance via the Bitbanker Telegram Bot
Make sure you are using the official Telegram bot. Check the username to verify. The only official transactional Bitbanker bot is @bitbanker_official_bot.

Step 1:

In the chat with the Bitbanker bot, click the "Menu" button and select “Top up Balance." Alternatively, you can send the command /deposit_address in the chat with the bot.

Step 2:

Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit and click on it.

Step 3:

Choose the network for the cryptocurrency and click on it.

Step 4:

After selecting the network, the bot will send you a message with a QR code and the wallet address where you need to transfer the cryptocurrency. Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address.

Step 5:

Transfer the cryptocurrency to the copied or scanned address.

Before transferring funds, double-check the wallet address and the network you are using to transfer the cryptocurrency.

Only transfer funds to the wallet and network specified in the bot's message. Once the transaction is completed, the cryptocurrency will be credited to your Bitbanker account.

Make sure to send only the specified coins and only within the chosen network. Other coins or coins sent on a different network will be irretrievably lost.

If another person will be making the transfer, you can forward the details to them. Click the "Send" button in the Telegram bot, select the contact in Telegram to whom you want to forward the details, and click the Send message button.

The time it takes for the cryptocurrency to be credited to your balance depends on how quickly the transaction receives the required number of confirmations. For more information on transaction confirmation speed, see the "Transaction Confirmation" section.

Each blockchain network has different minimum deposit amounts. Do not transfer amounts less than the minimum value, as the funds may be irretrievably lost.

If you encounter any problems when depositing funds or have any questions, contact support on the website or via Telegram. The support team is available every day from 4:00 AM to 9:00 PM UTC.
