How to Pass KYC Verification

You can complete KYC on either a computer or smartphone. You will need a camera for the process.

The Standard KYC allows you to use all Bitbanker services, deposit, and withdraw cryptocurrency, USD.R, UAE dirhams, and rubles.

Standard PLUS KYC lets you work with currencies such as US dollars and Russian rubles with physical storage in Kyrgyzstan (KGS, USD.k, and RUB.k), as well as Kyrgyzstani som.

Step 1: Open the menu and select the "KYC" section.

Step 2: Choose "Standard KYC" and click "Complete KYC."

Step 3: Confirm your consent for personal data processing: select the appropriate option and click "Continue".

Step 4: Enter your full name, gender, date of birth, country, and registration address on the information screen. Click "Next."

The country listed on the information screen does not necessarily have to match the country of passport issuance.

Step 5: Select the country of issuance and the document type. Then upload a photo or scan of your document and click "Next." If you chose a passport, upload a photo of the main page. If you chose an ID card, upload separate files of the front and back sides of the card.

You can provide a notarized copy of the identity document.

The image must be clear and legible, showing the full document, including its edges. The schematic images provide examples of the document’s placement in the photo or scan.

If you start the verification process on a computer without a camera, you can continue on your smartphone by clicking "Continue on Phone" during the document upload step. The program will generate a QR code, which you can scan with your smartphone to continue the verification from the current step.

Step 6: Enable your camera and click "I’m ready". Follow the on-screen instructions to take a selfie: the system will ask you to remain still and then to rotate your head. Green indicators will show the direction of rotation.

If the face scan fails, make sure there is enough light in the room, try again with a neutral background, or try using a different device or browser. If you still cannot pass the verification, contact support.

You can complete this step on your smartphone if your computer doesn't have a webcam by clicking "Continue on Phone."

Step 7: Select your country, enter your phone number, and click "Send verification code." Enter the code sent to you via SMS and click "Next."

Step 8: Verify your personal information and document photo. Click "Next" if everything is correct. If you find an error or want to upload a different photo, click "Edit".

Step 9: Once the system verifies your information, your status will automatically update, and you will receive a notification about the verification status.
