How Can I Track My Transaction?

To locate your transaction, navigate to the "Transaction History" section.

In this section, you will see all your transactions, along with their:

date
operation type
currency
amount
commission
status

You can use filters to find the transaction you need.

Filters:

By selected time period

For example, if you want to see all your transactions from February 6 to February 23, 2025.

By transaction type

For example, if you want to view all your SWIFT transfers. You can also select multiple transaction types.

By transaction currency

For example, if you want to see all your Bitcoin transactions.

If you want to view transactions involving two currencies, e.g. Bitcoin and USDT, select USDT in the second field.

You can filter transactions by a single parameter or several parameters.

You can also download a statement for all your transactions or only those that match the selected filters.
